Welcome! This all-suite townhouse is completely remodeled with special features, listed below, and all the comforts of home. It is so conveniently located that you do not need to rent a car. Imagine being directly on a cross-country ski / golf course, a block from shopping / cinemas and only three blocks from the Park City ski lifts! The historic district is nearby and two other world-class ski resorts, Deer Valley and The Canyons, are a couple of miles from the condo. All are easily accessed from the free shuttle stop just steps away! Each bedroom has a private bath, queen bed, deluxe bedding, TV, DVD, stereo, phone, and dual alarms; two bedrooms also have extra twin beds and, there is a queen sleeper sofa. With six beds, the unit sleeps up to eight.
Features: This luxury townhome has a private hot tub, woodburning fireplace, washer/dryer, Sony Home Theater System, (32" TV, Digital 5.1 Ch. Stereo, VCR, cassette & DVD/CD players) , TVs/DVDs and deluxe bedding in all suites, boot/glove dryer, 2-phone lines, outdoor grill, private libraries and more. In addition, a computer with Hi-Speed Internet access is connected to the all-in-one (printer-fax-copier-scanner). OnSite Amenities: The complex, Park Avenue Condominiums, has several shared facilities available to all guests. They include a heated pool, a recreation building with rental office, saunas, spas, lockers and, a tennis court. Free bus stops are at both entrances and maintenance is free. Top
Configuration: Most other 3-bedroom condos have only 2.5 baths. This condo has a Private bath for each bedroom, so with a total of 3.5 baths there is less "get ready time" and more privacy. Although each bedroom has its own TV, noise between rooms is minimal because none share a common wall and all have solid wood doors. This helps assure a quiet night's rest for all guests. Vaulted and high ceilings on both levels provide spaciousness. The redesigned first floor has an open and functional layout with a coat rack, bench and boot/glove dryer next to the front door, a gourmet kitchen near the middle and the living-dining areas and fireplace in the back. Covered parking is directly in front of the unit and the lockable outdoor atrium is fitted for ski storage. This makes it easy to load and unload the car.
Capacity: Maximum occupancy 7 adults, with at least one couple, or 8 with children. It is perfect for families, 3 couples or 3 to 6 single adults.
Flexibility: For smaller groups, there is a an adjoining 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with 4 beds. Please see Unit 253. For larger groups, the ParkCityTownhome (Unit 254) can be combined with Unit 253. Both units share a driveway and have adjacent carports and patios, however, there is no interior access between the units. Together, the two units sleep up to a dozen people with 5 BRs, each with a private bath and TV, plus 2 sleeper sofas and a total of 10 beds. During the off-season, the lockout suite in Unit 253 can be be combined with Unit 254 to provide 4-bedrooms and 4-baths.
The availability of the ParkCityTownhome is frequently updated in winter and should be checked before making an inquiry. Rental rates are based on 7-days with a Saturday arrival, and should be a minimum of 5-nights in winter and 3-nights in summer. Rentals under the minimums will be considered less than 30-days in advance.
