This machine automatically receives faxes, on a dedicated line (435-615-1931), and can also copy in B&W or Color with /without a computer. A USB cable is also attached so that a laptop computer with Windows 98, 2000 or XP and a USB port can easily be connected for printing and scanning. Paper, supplies and instructions are included in a storage cabinet under the machine. A dedicated phone is also attached to facilitate long distance faxing using a phone/calling card or to make a phone call on a line different from the main line.

Resolution & Paper:The ink-jet printer operates with a resolution of 600 x 600 (black) and 1200 x 2400 (color). It operates with plain paper, however, photo quality paper (optional) is required for optimum color quality. Over 100 sheets of paper, stapler, etc. are supplied.

Printer Features: Print speed (normal mode) is 5.1 ppm black and 3 ppm color; has several built-in fonts and an HP PCL3 printer language.
Copy Features: Copy speed is 4 ppm black; 2 ppm color; makes 1 to 99 copies; color and black copy buttons; copy reduction and enlargement is 50 to 200 percent; supports photo paper copies; copies 3.25 by 5 inches to legal/A4 original sizes.

Scan Features: 600 x 1,200 dpi optical resolution, up to 1,200 dpi enhanced resolution; 36-bit color; 256 levels of gray; photo-fit-to-page button.
System Requirements: Operates without a computer for faxing and copying. However, for printing and scanning, the computer must have a USB connection, the MS Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP operating system, a minimum processor of 200 Mhz and at least 32MB RAM. Replacement Ink Cartridges: Operates with two HP cartridges: Black #15 and Color #78. If needed, these can easily be obtained at Copy Depot or Albertsons (24 hr. supermarket) both just a block away.
