A MASTER "LOCKOUT" SUITE.
This deluxe bedroom is like a suite in some hotels. It has a lofted ceiling, two closets, a porch and two beds (a queen and a twin). This suite features a kitchenette that includes maple cabinets, a microwave, under counter refrigerator, stainless steel sink with disposal, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes and flatware. Use the table and two chairs for dining or as a work area. The suite has two phone lines; one can be for computer access. The excellent electronics include a TV, VCR with a few videos, stereo with several CDs, remote control, lighted ceiling fan with remote, phone, two radio alarm clocks, lamps, recessed lighting, iron and board. Accents include granite counters, solid core doors, slate floors in the kitchenette and entrance, and travertine floors in the vanity and bath. Ample heat is provided by a secondary thermostat and an extra space heater. There are also extra blankets and pillows and a ski rack. What makes this room unique is that it has a second entrance via a covered spiral staircase that leads to parking and, with multiple locks on the hallway door, is a true "lockout" suite. Although this room is linked to the rest of the unit by a hallway, it is separated for the most part by an open atrium and is therefore afforded excellent privacy since it is not adjacent to another bedroom. MIDDLE BEDROOM
This bedroom overlooks the atrium and, although it is the smallest of the bedrooms, includes unique features such as a large 7-drawer dresser, a spacious closet with sliding full length mirror doors and an electronic wall safe. It also has a 12' by 2' ledge above the closet with some plant decorations that is also perfect for storing decorative pillows and luggage - by using the step lader in the closet. Along with blackout accordian shades that are great for late sleepers, these blinds can also be drawn from the bottom up to provide both light and added privacy. Therefore, this cosy room can be uncluttered and very comfortable when used by a couple or two children, and is great for a single adult. (See Photos)

LOFT (Split Level) BEDROOM
This bedroom is fully enclosed with a closet, full bath and a private staircase opposite the entrance. The primary sleeping areas at the top of the stairs has two beds. The queen bed lies above the living room and a twin bed lies on the raised area above the bath. There is also dresser and a closet opposite the queen bed and above the main stairs. (Please see photos.) With the sleeping area not visible from the bath area, it allows others to use the shower/bath (e.g. someone using the sleeper sofa downstairs or a visitor not staying in the unit that wants to shower after using the hot tub) with minimum distrubance to the occupants in this bedroom. The mountain and ski slope views from the 15 foot long expanse of windows in the sleeping area, attractively decorated with bleached wood blinds, are spectacular. A sliding window, next to the dresser, provides ample ventilation and is opposite a leaded glass hectagon window that can also open to provide some cross-ventilation to the second floor hall. This two level bedroom is unique and is a delight for children. Adults also enjoy the added privacy with bath/beds and two closets on different levels. See Photos and Rates.)
