Looking from the far front corner of the unit across the kitchen to the back of the unit. This openess required the removal of walls around the kitchen. It is unique in the Park Ave. Condo complex in that it is the only unit where the kitchen counter is placed in the front and the dining area is in the back next to the living area. This creates a much better arrangement. It allows for a coat rack, boot warmer and bench near the entrance and a counter that is more functional with better views. Please note that on the bottom left is a cordless / speaker phone and all-in-one (fax/copier) (next to orientation and phone books) and that the half bath with open door is opposite the smooth top stove. Another door (out of photo) on the far right is a hall closet with brooms, iron & board, bedding for sleeper sofa, etc.
