Location:
The Park City Townhome and the PC Townhome (Park Avenue Units 254 and 253, respectively), are located 30-miles east of downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The adjacent townhouses are ideally situated three blocks form the Park City resort lifts, just several blocks before the historic district and only a couple miles on either side of Deer Valley and The Canyons. Both units are also on the White Mountain 10km Cross-Country Ski Course (winter)/ Park City Golf Course (summer) and are part of the 132-unit Park Avenue Condominium complex. The entrance to the complex is directly across from Holiday Village Mall (anchored by Albertson's supermarket) off of Park Avenue, between Kearns Boulevard and Deer Valley Road. At the entrance is a free shuttle stop and a cross-walk that provides convenient pedestrian access across the street to another shuttle stop and the shopping center. The units are only two buildings away from the entrance and complex amenities, as more specifically described below. Please see the

Driving Directions from SLC Airport:
1. Exit the Salt Lake City Airport and get on Interstate 80 (I-80) East for 4-miles.
2. Merge with I-15 South/I-80 East southbound for 2.5 miles.
3. Continue on I-80 East for 21 miles.
4. Get off the I-80 freeway at the Kimball Junction / Park City Exit #145.
5. Go south on Highway 224, which becomes Park Avenue, for about 6 miles.
6. After passing Kearns Blvd (Hwy. 248), take the first right turn into Park Avenue Condominiums, directly across from Albertson's supermarket.

To find the townhomes after entering the condominium complex, make a right turn onto Captain Molly Drive. Go to the second building on the left facing the golf/ski course. The second unit in the building is # 253 and the third unit is #254. Voila. If you need to pick up keys, you will need to go the one of the rental offices first, discussed below.

On-site Rental Office:
After entering the Park Avenue Condo complex, make a left turn and the on-site rental office is conveniently located left of the heated outdoor pool. This office is open every day in winter (December-March) and summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) with hours from 8AM to 10PM in winter and an hour or two shorter in summer. During the shoulder seasons the on-site office is normally open only on the weekends (Friday-Sunday) from mid-afternoon to mid-evening. The phone number is 435-649-5114.

Check-In/Out Times & Key Return:
The normal check-in time is 3pm and the check-out time is 10am. However, a late departure or early arrival time can often be obtained by calling the on-site office, or if it is closed, the main office. If you arrive before the unit is ready or need to vacate the unit before you depart Park City,
on-site amenities are available for your use. Before leaving, please return the keys to the rental office.

Late Arrivals and the Main Office:
If you plan to arrive when the on-site office is closed, please try to call 435-649-5114 in advance to arrange for a key pickup in the lock box next to the office's entrance; (a 3-digit code is needed). An alternative for a key pickup is to use the main rental office for Identity Properties. If you need to arrange a late arrival with the main office, call them beforehand at 800-245-6417 or 435-649-5100. Though the main office is open 24/7 in the winter season, it operates during normal weekday business hours (9am-5pm) during the summer and shoulder seasons. Therefore, on weekends during the non-ski season, the on-site rental office is open while the main office is closed. Identity's main office is located on the left (east) side of Park Avenue shortly after the Radison Hotel. Upon seeing a "Lodging Reservations" sign in front of a brown single story building, make an immediate left turn onto Saddle View Way (next to an office park) and another left into Identity's parking lot.
