This is the remodeled bath on the lower level of the Loft Bedroom. Since the beds are above the bath, accessible from stairs right of the vanity (not visible in photo), this bath can easily be accessed by someone not staying in this room, such as a guest using the sleeper sofa, with little disturbance to its occupants.
