If you may need to be contacted while staying at one of the PCTownhomes, please refer to the addresses and numbers below. This summary is also useful if you want to use a mapping program to find the exact location of a unit or office, or obtain specific driving directions rather than use our directions. To physically locate a unit, please note that there are no street addresses on the condos, just unit numbers. However, to receive overnight delivieries it is necessary to use both the addresses and the condo numbers.

Since no daily U.S. mail service is provided to Park Avenue Condominiums, including Units 253 and 254, nor any other condo complex in Park City, the only delivery option is for an express delivery. The primary option of having a mailing or package delivered directly to the unit is via UPS, FedEx, DHL...

A possible alternative to receiving overnight deliveries during the regular ski season (mid-Dec. - March) or during the summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day) may be the on-site office rental office. It is located next to the pool and its address is:

However, as there is no formal agreement with the firm that handles the onsite management, Identity Properties, it will be necessary to make arrangements with the concierge at the on-site rental office before you expect your delivery. Normally the concierge is very helpful, but if this person is unable to assist you, or if you are occupying the unit during the fall or spring when the on-site rental office is closed, please contact us for some alternatives, including our housekeeper or neighbors. Also, please note that in the summer the rental office may not open until around noon and therefore may not be open for morning deliveries; only afternoon deliveries.

Since Unit 253 & 254 have a phone and an answering machine, you may want to use the appropriate phone number of the unit and/or your cell phone number for a direct delivery.

Besides express deliveries, there can be alternatives. Both Unit 253 and 254 have high-speed Internet access that enables anyone to quickly send / receive e-mails and attachments with either their own laptop or the computer provided in the unit. Also, both units are equipped with fax (All-in-1) machines. If they are is not operating properly for some reason, there is a fax machine at the on-site rental office and also at Copy Depot, located across the street in the same shopping center as Dan's Foods.
