Situated in front of the Park City Olympic venue, and a couple miles in either direction from Deer Valley Olympic venue and the Utah Olympic Sports Park, the townhome had an ideal location for the XIX Winter Olympics. Its location and layout was so attractive that the the unit, also known as the 2002Condo, was selected by the Canadian Luge and Bobsleigh teams to be their home throughout two weeks of the Olympics. During the final days of the Olympics, it was also used as a base for a renter and the owner to attend about a dozen events, the photos of which are shown below. The Park City slope used during the 2002 Olympics, CBs Run, is still visible from the unit.
