Change of Seasons

During the Ski Season, the best rates are for weekly stays and we usually have a five (5) night minimum with a Saturday arrival or departure. However, we sometimes provide shorter stays, special rates and weekly specials as shown below.

During the Summer and the shoulder seasons (Spring & Fall), we provide exceptional rates and only usually require a minimum of three nights. Please see our summer rates.

Note: The above rates do not include taxes (10.35%). A turnover clean is included at regular rates, but it is an added charge for discounted rates. Mid-stay cleans with fresh linens are available at an added cost. In winter, 5-night minimums with a Saturday arrival or departure are normally required. For our security deposit, payment and cancellation procedures, please review our Rental Policies. Rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed.

Even though you can check our 3BR's current availability for your dates, our bookings can change. So, to confirm the availability and obtain a specific rental quote for your dates, please submit a rental inquiry. If a smaller unit will suffice, or you need more space and want to combine this unit with our adjacent 2BR unit, please check our 2BR rates and 2BR availability.

$ave Hundre$: We can help provide you with additional savings by assisting you with daily lift ticket discounts of up to $23 off per adult and rental discounts for all ages of 20% off. The convenience of our units often makes it unnecessary to have a rental car, or to limit the need for a rental vehicle to one. Hence, the total amount of these savings can often amount to several hundred dollars for a group of 6.

Dare2Compare: Don't be fooled by slightly lower prices for a unit with inferior location, less features and fewer complex amenities.
